✦ There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
✦ Please remember that you’re staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. This is NOT a party house. If problems arise, we will take action immediately.
✦ We have an exterior camera facing the front of the apartment. A noise-monitoring device is also in the unit for noise level moderation.
✦ Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews are required to settle a refundable deposit to our discretion prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared which is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.

2 blocks to the beach, 2 blocks to the bay for sunset, and a quiet neighborhood to walk dogs, ride bikes, etc. A great place to stay for singles, or small groups/families. Chris and his team were excellent communicators and I had an enjoyable stay.
It was the perfect little beach getaway for my son and I. Chris was super responsive and any issues were resolved promptly and with urgency.
Chris and Sophia were great hosts. The location can’t be beat.
