✦ We have an exterior camera facing the front of the apartment. A noise-monitoring device is also in the unit for noise level moderation.
✦ Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews are required to settle a refundable deposit to our discretion prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared which is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.

Place was in a quiet part of LBI (surf city). One block from the beach. We booked early June, plenty of parking near beach if need be, and very quiet. House was quaint. Had two bedrooms and a pullout couch. Kitchen was easy to use and stocked. Chris and team were phenomenal with communication, proactive reaching out, easy to communicate with and super friendly.
We had a great time at this Airbnb!
You know you're having a great time when you start planning your next getaway while still on your current, last minute retreat. Having arrived late in the night, it was welcoming to have a night light on that guided me into the home, fresh flowers on the dining table and the ultimate treat for the weary traveler- a white noise machine to lull you to sleep. This time away was exactly what I needed to reset. Thank you for sharing this space with me.
