Walk to the private beach at the end of our street in a couple minutes, then come back to central air, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private outdoor area to unwind after a day at the shore. The home sleeps up to 6 comfortably. A quick ride to Lavalette and a short walk to the Seaside Heights boardwalk, restaurants, and local parks.

Guests will exclusive access to this entire home.

QUIET HOURS - quiet hours are from 10 p.m. until 9 a.m. The houses are quite close together so please be courteous of your neighbors.

Anyone older than 13 requires a beach badge to access our beautiful private beach. You must purchase these at the badge checker stand, which is at the top of the path that leads to the beach. You will find the entrance to the path between the condos in the middle and on the far right of Dune Terrace, which is the street at the end of Holiday Rd. Badge checkers take cash or credit card (fee charged for credit card). They are sold daily or weekly.
